SmartSorting Material Station

What is it?

The station recognises material as it is deposited and directs it to the right stream. Clean streams at the start mean higher value and less rejected material at the end.

Designed for 17 material types, with room to increase.
Covers plastics, metals, glass, composite packaging, batteries and textiles.
Designed to separate textiles into synthetic, natural and blended streams.

Can we prove it?

Every deposit creates a record of what it was, where and when. The record is built so that any later change is detectable. It gives regulators, operators, brands and insurers the same trusted account of what happened to the material.

Our aim is one verified standard for circular material: screened for safety, sorted cleanly and recorded honestly. Material that meets all three earns the SRR Gold Seal.
